    Dr. Nancy Riad is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and an Acting Academic Dean at Mena College of Management, Dubai, UAE. She received her Ph.D. in Accounting Information Systems from Cardiff University, UK. She has received both her M.Sc. and bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Helwan University, Egypt. Dr. Nancy has over 20 years of teaching experience in higher education as she worked at Helwan University, Egypt, Cardiff University, Bath Spa University, UK, and Ludwigsburg University of Education, Germany. She has taught multiple Accounting and Finance courses for both undergraduates and postgraduates. In addition, she was the chair and a member of many academic and scientific committees in the various universities where she worked. Interested in the research in the fields of accounting, Auditing, and Accounting Information Systems.

    Maysoon Alkaisi has over 10 years of progressive academic and counseling experience in the post-secondary and higher education sector including, advising, counseling, coordinating, recruiting students, and teaching English communication skills, Business communication management, Critical thinking, etc. She has been awarded the Master of Arts in English Linguistics and Communication Skills and a Bachelor of Education, so she fully understands the need for academic advisement and program planning in higher education environments. She has work experience in diverse educational settings where she has been actively involved in students’ academic and work choices, advising students regarding educational issues like courses and programs selection, class scheduling and registration, and career planning. Moreover, she advises them to understand and overcome personal, social, and behavioral problems that affect their educational and academic situations. In this capacity, she has been able to be an effective advisor in facing problems at work, university, and family life.

    Dr. James Ryan Reblando studied for 19 years on his tertiary level in which he graduated with two (2) Bachelor’s Degrees, a Master’s Program, and a Doctoral Program as well as Completed his Academic Requirements (CAR) for his second Doctoral. He has taught for 16 years in different academic institutions in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Sultanate of Oman and now in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

    He was recognized and awarded as Best Professor for GCC Education Leadership Awards last 2019. This recognition and appreciation motivated him to work harder and to continue his passion for nurturing the minds of students.

    Currently, he is the Program Coordinator of Bachelor of Human Resource Management- BHRM. He always stands and believes the motto of MENA College of Management- MCM “Change your life. Start here”.

    Dr. Nahla El Zant studied undergraduate studies at ISG in Tunisia and also received her Master's and Doctorate degrees from the Paris 13 University of France, where her research focused on artificial intelligence and bioinformatics in particular. She has been teaching for over 15 years in France, Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman, and the UAE. She teaches various courses in Management Information Systems and Computer Science. She has supervised many MBA and Ph.D. students at Brunel University in the UK. She is a member of the technical committee of the ICINS & ICIMT conference. She has published over 15 articles in international journals and conferences and has been selected to review the book Building a Competitive Public Sector Through Knowledge Management Strategies.

    Dr. Erhauyi Meshach Aiwerioghene is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Healthcare Management at MCM.  He has academic degrees in Human Physiology and Hospital Administration. He has vast teaching and research experience at universities in India and UAE in the fields of Healthcare Management, Health Information Management, Physiology, and Anatomy and he is currently the program coordinator for Healthcare management at MCM.  Dr. Meshach has authored several peer-reviewed academic papers published in well-regarded journals. In recent times, Dr. Meshach has reviewed a couple of manuscripts on behalf of leading journals such as the International Journal of Healthcare Management (Taylor and Francis group). Also, he attended and presented at several international and national conferences in Asia and Middle East. He is also a faculty member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).

    He has more than 20 years of teaching experience related to many aspects of Management. He has consulting experience with many industrial companies and has developed and delivered training programs for executives in the field of Performance Management.

    Dr. Lassoued’s research interests focus mainly on Information and Control Systems and Strategic Management. He has published his research in several international peer-reviewed journals.

    Dr. Poonam Singh holds a Doctoral Degree in Anthropology from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, USA.  Formerly, she served in several senior leadership positions in higher education for nearly two decades.  While she was as a Provost / Vice President Academic Affairs, and earlier as the Dean, she also pursued her passion to teach behavioral and social sciences.  Her research interests include human behavior and gender issues.  Previously she worked as a Community Development Specialist for United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (Habitat, Nairobi, Kenya) project in Nepal and subsequently as a Rural Sociologist in Myanmar.  As a teaching assistant at Syracuse University and was also awarded a Junior Fellowship by AIIS for research in India.

    Dr. Anissa Naouar is an Economist who specialized in banking regulation and governance and risk management. Before joining MCM in September 2020, Ms. Anissa was an assistant professor in Economics and Finance at HEC Sfax Tunisia and a faculty member at Paris Sorbonne Abu-Dhabi.  Previously, in 2008-2011, she worked as a "research assistant" for the Center of European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and as "project manager" for the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority within the French Central Bank (Banque de France).

    Ms. Anissa authors several articles and a book chapter on her areas of expertise. Her work is published in Journal of Risk Finance, Banks and Bank systems, Journal of Management Sciences and Business Research, etc.
